Freezer of ruined food

Someone shut off my outside Freezer. All my food out there is ruined. I am sick over this. Not like I can afford to replace it.

    Sorry to hear about your food loss. I hope you find a way to replace it somehow. Is there some way you can lock the outlet you have it plugged in?

    Thanks, it wasn't unplugged, it was shut off.
