Lyle is ill and I am worried sick

When Drew did the evening check on the outside dogs last night, he noticed that Lyle was acting weird and brought him in the house. I don't know how to describe it but his lower stomach is bloated. We started him on penicillin shots last night and praying for the best. I took him months ago til his owners could find a dog friendly apt and now I have lost their contact info due to my old computer crash. Please say a prayer for him.
